Customer "To Do" Checklist
Review the following items and make sure you have completed
them before we move your shed.
•
Take measurements of your shed and include them in your
email. See DOT requirements for the transport of oversized
or overweight sheds.
•
Sign and return Waiver of Liability and the shed measure
sheet.
•
If you are renting, have your landlord sign our Landlord
Release.
•
Remove all items from your shed (this includes ramps or
steps).
•
Remove any fencing, gates or tree limbs that will prevent
moving your shed.
•
Measure gate opening to assure that there is at least 10 ft
access.
•
Locate sprinklers and septic lines & tanks, etc.
•
Have payment ready for day of move.
NOTE: We are coming onto your property at your request. We will
be professional and as careful as possible. We count on you to
make sure you have access and that the property is firm and dry
enough for our trucks and equipment. Truck, trailer and other
equipment are heavy. Equipment can leave tire indentations in the
yard depending upon soil and site conditions.
*The customer/homeowner is responsible for all applicable local
zoning setbacks, building permits and HOA guidelines. Please
make sure all low hanging tree branches are cut away and doggie
landmines are removed from both locations..
