- The above pricing includes 3 ½ hours of relocating the shed, as well as unblocking, then blocking, and leveling the building using existing blocks for the shed to be moved. If extra blocks are needed because the new shed location is not as level as the old location, $5.00 per additional block will be charged, or the customer can have additional blocks on hand (which is preferred.) Over height level jobs will be accessed an additional fee.
- Anchor a storage building at new location yard $375
- Remove old anchors from old location $25/anchor (usually old anchors cannot be reused in the anchoring of the shed at new site location in the yard, the anchors often times get twisted and bent while be installed at time of initial installation).
- Add 4×4 skids in order for the shed to be moved, if needed – $100.00 fee ($150.00 for larger building) + material cost (pressure-treated 4×4). The newly attached skids will remain on the shed, and we will level the shed using cement blocks, which makes for a stronger and more secure foundation set

It is the skids that that make a storage building truly portable in its truest sense.
- Removal of ramps or steps – $25.00 (We do not reattach ramps unless contracted in writing.) You can have the ramp or steps removed from the shed prior to moving of the shed.
- If hourly charges pass 4 hours, the contracted price is $65.00 per hour. This hourly rate covers the labor rate, use of trucks and equipment.
- Unfortunately, there will be a $125.00 charge if the customer fails to have the shed or site ready on the day of the shed move/relocation.
